Alexandra D. Chavira, 85 of Friona passed away May 2, 2022 in Amarillo. Viewing will be held Thursday, May 5. 2022 beginning at 9:30 AM at Friona Para Cristo Llamados A Conocerle in Friona with Celebration of Life Services at 10:00 AM Friday, May 6, 2022 at Friona Para Cristo Llamados A Conocerle with Pastor Aurelio Silva, officiating. Burial following in the Friona Cemetery by HANSARD FAMILY Funeral Home of Friona.

Alexandra was born February 26, 1937 in Cisco, Texas to Dario and Trinidad Dominguez. She was a very loving and giving person always helping others. She had a strong faith in God and loved her family and church.

She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Ruben Chavira, 1 son-Jose Garcia, and 3 brothers-Herman, Arturo, and Felix Flores.

Those to carry on her legacy include Robert Garcia and family of Clovis, Bridget Garcia and family of Dumas, Faustino Garcia and family of Bovina, Maria Armstrong and family of Roswell, Trini Barragan and family of Uvalde, Isidro Garcia and family of Belford, New Jersey, Raymond Garcia and family of Clovis, Lydia Garcia ad family of Friona, Isabel Garcia and family of Clovis, Monica Logan and family of Clovis, and Martin Garcia and family of Clovis, 2 sisters Rosa Harper and family of Lubbock, Gloria Gonzalez and family of Austin, 1 brother-Gregory Flores and family of Lubbock, numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
