Christine Gomez, 44 of Friona died August 30, 2017 in Amarillo. Celebration of Life Services have been scheduled for 2:00 P.M. Saturday, September 2, 2017 at First Baptist Church of Friona with Rev. Daniel Hutchins, and Jason Daniels, officiating. Burial  2:00 P.M. M.T. Tuesday, September 5, 2017 in Tiffany Cemetery at Tiffany, Colorado. Arrangements by Blackwell-Mullins Funeral Home of Friona.

Christine was born June 18, 1973 in Durango, Colorado to Benjamin Ramaldo  and Maria Evangla Trujillo Lopez. She married Ramon Celco Gomez April 4, 2000 in Hereford. She was a loan secretary for Friona InterBank.

Christine was a wonderful wife and mother and dearly loved her family, reading the Bible and serving others.

She is preceded in death by her father, 2 brothers-Charlie Lopez and Ross Lopez.

Survivors include her husband Ramon Gomez, 1 daughter-Chelsie Gomez and 1 son-Jessie Gomez, all of Friona, mother-Mary Lopez, and one 1 brother-Alex Lopez of Allison Colorado.
