Dale Wade Berggren, 79 of Farwell died December 24, 2014 in Farwell. Graveside Services have been scheduled for 2:00 P.M. Monday December 29, 2014 at the Bovina Cemetery with Rev. Brian Mullins, pastor of First Baptist Church in Bovina, officiating. Burial following by Blackwell-Mullins Funeral Home of Friona. Dale was born June 19, 1935 in Farwell, Texas to Leroy and Ruth Wade Berggren. He served in the United States Marine Corp. He was an area rancher that loved cattle, horses, dogs, tractors, and dirt bikes. He is preceded in death by his parents and a brother Scott Berggren. He is survived by 1 daughter-Susan Martinez of Tucumcari, New Mexico, 1 son-Gary Berggren of Oklahoma, 1 sister-Elizabethann Tabor of Arkansas, 1 brother-Dave Berggren of Roswell, New Mexico, 4 grandchildren-Lynda Cline, Bryan Holmes and wife Clarissa, Kasey Martinez and Cody Martinez, and 8 grandchildren.
