Daniel Soltero, 46 of Friona passed away December 29, 2020 in Lubbock. Viewing will be held from 1:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. with Rosary Services at 6:00 P.M. Sunday, January 3, 2021 in the Ron Smiley Memorial Chapel of HANSARD FAMILY. Mass of Christian Burial Services are to be held 11:00 A.M Monday, January 4, 2021 at St. Teresa's Catholic Church in Friona with Father Gregory Bunyan as Celebrant. Burial following in the Friona Cemetery by HANSARD FAMILY Funeral Home of Friona.

Daniel was born in Chihuahua, Mexico to Arnulfo Soltero and Maria de los Angels Faudoa. He later married Fabiana Gomez February 15, 1993.
He was an employee of Del Rio Dairy , loved his family, especially his grandchildren, horses and horse racing, helping others, cooking, grilling and having fun.

He is preceded in death by a nephew Roque Soltero Jr.

Those to carry on his legacy include his wife Fabiana of Friona, both parents of Mexico, 1 son-Daniel Soltero Jr. and wife Heather of Canyon, 2 daughters-Adriana and Ahtziri Soltero, both of Friona, 5 brothers-Humero and Gumaro Soltero of Chihuahua, Mexico, Roque Soltero of Hart, Rigo Soltero of Dimmitt, 1 sister-Blanca Soltero of Hereford, 3 granddaughters-Zitlaly and Aizlynn Cervantes and Charlee Soltero.
