Doris F. Jamison, 81, of Friona died Thursday, March 23, 2017 in Friona. Graveside Services have been scheduled for 10:00 A.M. Saturday, March 25, 2017 at the Lazbuddie Cemetery in Lazbuddie with Jeff Procter, minister of the 6th St. Church of Christ of Friona, officiating. Burial following by Blackwell-Mullins Funeral Home of Friona.

Doris was born July 5, 1935 in Crown Point, Indiana to Harry and Bertha Kulms Marrett. She was a security guard for Cargill Meat Solutions. She loved bingo, crossword puzzles, coffee and TV crime shows.

She is preceded in death by her parents and a son-Clifton Eric Brown.

She is survived by 6 daughters- Kathleen Jones and Elizabeth Winters of Chicago, Cindy Miller of Dallas, Nancy Pierce of Clovis, Sandra Gomez of Indiana, and Tammi Brito of Friona, 3 sons-James Barnes of Missouri, Phillip Barnes of Ropesville, and Toby Brito of Friona, 2 brothers-Victor Marrett and Vernon Marrett of Ropesville, numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
