Frank Earl Vance. 64 of Amarillo passed away Friday, October 19, 2018 in Amarillo. Celebration of Life Services will be held 2:00 P.M. Monday, October 22, 2018 at the Friona Cemetery Memorial Chapel with Mitchell Wiseman, officiating. Burial following in the Friona Cemetery by HANSARD FAMILY Funeral Home of Friona.

Frank was born June 13, 1954 in Winters, Texas to Jack Earl and Betty Mae Young Vance.

Frank loved shoestrings, sunshine and music. He truly was a joyful soul.

He is preceded in death by his parents and by a sister-Donna Lee Walter.

Those who love Frank include 3 sisters-Jacquelyn Buchanan and husband Chief, Johnnie Wiseman and husband Mitchell all of Friona, Jerri Landrum and husband Brian of Benbrook, 1 brother Kenneth Walter and wife Margaret of Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, and his special family at Advo Companies, Inc. in Amarillo.
