Ginger Kay Quinn 57 of Friona died Tuesday June 19 2012 in Friona. Funeral Services have scheduled for 10:00A.M. Thursday June 21, 2012 at the First Baptist Church in Friona with Rev. Brett Hoyle, Pastor, officiating. Burial set for 2:30 P.M. in Memorial Park Cemetery I-40 East in Amarillo by Blackwell-Mullins Funeral Home of Friona. Mrs. Quinn was born February 24, 1955 in Vernon, Texas to Alford Kernel and Virginia Dee Rushing Belcher. She married William Randall Quinn January 12, 1996 in Dallas. She was a long time bank teller at the Friona State Bank. She loved casinos, horseracing and helping people. She is preceded in death by her father, and by an uncle. Survivors include her husband Bill and mother Virginia of Friona, 1 brother John Belcher of Las Cruces, N.M. and 2 nieces.
