Gonzalo Pena Aguillon was born on January 10, 1946 in Monterrey, Mexico to Juan Aguillon and Maria Pena Aguillon. He married Maria Lopez in Monterrey, Mexico. He was employed by a seed company in Hereford for 10 years, and then by Cargill Meat Packing Company for 5 years, before he retired. He was a member of Church of God of the First Born in Bovina, Texas. Preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Humberto Aguillon.
