Lucy Mae Stokes, 102 of Amarilo, formerly of Friona passed away June 21, 2020 in Amarillo. Viewing will be from 10:00 A.M. until 8:00 P.M. Tuesday, June 23, 2020 in the Ron Smiley Memorial Chapel of HANSARD FAMILY Funeral Home with Celebration of Life Services set for 10:30 A.M. Wednesday, June 24, 2020 in the Ron Smiley Memorial Chapel with Rev. Skip Hodges, officiating. Burial following in the Friona Cemetery by HANSARD FAMILY Funeral Home.

Lucy was born Mrch 4, 1918 in Como, Texas to John Minor and Maggie Barnes Bradley. She had been a beautician since her teens. She was the center of her family and loved to read, crochet, and was a faithful member of the Friona United Methodist Church.
Lucy Mae is preceded in death by her parents, 2 sisters, and 3 brothers.
Those to carry on her legacy include two daughters-Jolynda Horton and husband Bill of Amarillo, and Carole Hunter of Canyon, 1 sosn-Jim Stokes of Bainbridge Island, Washington, 4 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.
