Noberta Garcia Ramos, 88 of Friona passed away December 20 in Friona. Viewing will be held from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM with Rosary Services set for 6:00 PM Monday, December 26, 2022 in the Ron Smiley Memorial Chapel of HANSARD FAMILY with Mass of Christian Burial Services scheduled for 11:00 AM Tuesday, December 27, 2022 at San Jose Catholic Church in Hereford with Father Ramon Molina as Celebrant. Burial following in the Friona Cemetery in Friona by HANSARD FAMILY Funeral Home of Friona.

Noberta was born April 23, 1934 in Yorktown, Texas to Pedro and Rafaela Arguelles Garcia.  She loved to collect dolls, toys and stuffed animals, cook, especially for her family, doing puzzles, yard work, watching novellas, and taking care of her beloved dog Jasper.

She is preceded in death by her parents, husband- Jesus Ramos, 1 son- Ramon Ramos, 3 brothers-Victor, Freddy, and Jose Garcia, and 1 son-in-law- Ricardo DeLaPaz

Those to mourn her passing include 4 sons-David Ramos of Memphis, Texas, Joel Ramos and wife Gabby of Amarillo, Mike Ramos and wife Norelia of Hereford, Ernesto Ramos and wife Rita of Friona, 5 daughters- Olga Arias and husband Manuel of Calvillo, Aguascalientes, Mexico, Santos Dias of Friona, Frances DeLaPaz of Friona, Aerminia Guerra and husband Oscar of San Benito, Texas, Melinda Jacquez and husband Victor of Spearman, 1 brother-Jesus Garcia of Plainview, 1 sister-Margarita Martinez of Dimmitt, 29 grandchildren, 52 great-grandchildren, and 8 great-great-grandchildren.
