Norman Darrell Coleman entered Heaven's gates on February 22, 2022. Public Viewing will be held from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM Saturday, February 26, 2022 in the Ron Smiley Memorial Chapel of HANSARD FAMILY. Private burial will be held immediately following by HANSARD FAMILY Funeral Home of Friona.

Norman was born on December 15, 1939 in Guion Arkansas to Albert and Laura Coleman. He quit high school to work at Silica Products. He always had a phenomenal work ethic and always made sure to provide for his family no matter how tough the times got. He struggled with his hearing and wore a hearing aid most of his life, but he never let that stop him from anything.

He is preceded in death by his parents, his beloved wife Virginia, daughter Anneta,  sisters Delois, and Geraldee.

He is survived by his sister Robbie Condrey of Arkansas, brother Bobby Coleman and wife Noelia of California, son Jimmy Coleman of New Mexico, daughter Diana Pick of New Mexico, son William Coleman of Kentucky, son Shane Coleman and wife Melanie of Texas and daughter Rhonda Gutierrez of Texas as well as numerous nieces, nephews, grand children, and great (great) grandchildren.

The family would like to give a special thanks to the medical staff at Medical City in Plano Tx for taking such great care of Norman in his final days.
