Pat Clyde Howard, 75, of Farwell, TX, passed away on Wednesday, August 15, 2012 at Thomas E. Creek Medical Center in Amarillo, TX. Funeral Service will be at 2:00 P.M. on Friday, August 17, 2012 at Hamlin Memorial United Methodist Church in Farwell, TX. Interment will follow in Oklahoma Lane Cemetery in Oklahoma Lane, TX., service arrangements by Blackwell-Mullins Funeral Home. Family Visitation will be held from 6:00 - 8:00 P.M. on Thursday, August 16, 2012 at Blackwell-Mullins Funeral Home. Mr. Howard was born on August 11, 1937 in Decatur, TX to Walter Clyde and Amanda Pauline Gibson Howard. He graduated from high school in Boyd, TX. Pat married Bonnie Warren on October 13, 1986 in Farwell, TX. He served in the U. S. Army from 1957 until 1960, he became a Parmer County deputy sheriff in 1984, and then in 1996 became the city Judge of Farwell. Pat was a gun enthusiast and a member of National Rifle Association. He was a member of Hamlin Memorial United Methodist Church in Farwell, TX.
