Pedro "Doe" Marrufo, 39, of Bovina passed away April 23, 2019 in Bovina. Rosary Services will be held 7:00P.M. Friday, April 26, 2019 at St. Ann's Catholic Church in Bovina with Mass of Christian Burial Services scheduled for 10:00 A.M. Saturday, April 27, 2019 at St. Ann's Catholic Church with Father Tony Neusch of Hereford as Celebrant.  Burial following in the Bovina Cemetery by HANSARD FAMILY Funeral Home of Friona.

Pedro was born in Friona to Jose Isabel Marrufo and Victoria Romero Amaya. He was a 1998 graduate of Bovina High School and loved to be at all sporting events especially those involving his family and the Bovina Mustangs. He lived most of his life in Bovina with the exception of living a few years in Colorado.

Pedro loved music, gaming and online shopping. He is considered the heart and soul of his family. He would move the world for his nephews and nieces.

He is preceded in death by his grandfather- Pedro Marrufo, grandmother-Tomasa Ibanez, grandmother-Florencia Amaya-Arreolla, and uncles-Antonio Romero and Gregorio Romero.

Those to carry on his legacy include his parents of Bovina, 4 brothers- Izzy Marrufo and wife Charlotte and Melecio Marrufo and wife Mary Jane, all of Bovina, Cruz Marrufo and wife Adela of Corpus Christi, Daniel Marrufo and wife Alma of Brush, CO. 1 sister-Elia Marrufo and husband Jesse of Amarillo, grandfather-Santiago Romero of Henderson, numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
