Prescilla Maldonado, 75 of Friona died March 18, 2017 in Friona. Celebration of Life Services will be held 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, March 22, 2017 at Victory Family Worship Center in Friona with Paul Maldonado and Pastor Daniel Hidalgo, assistant pastor at Victory Family Worship Center, officiating. Burial will be 2:00 P.M. MDT on Thursday, March 23, 2017 at the Mountainair Cemetery in Mountainair, N.M. Arrangements by Blackwell-Mullins Funeral Home of Friona.

Prescilla was born April 21, 1941 in Mountainair, N.M. to Leandro and Genoveva Archuleta Baca.

She married Selso Maldonado December 3, 1960 in Mountainair.

She loved God, family and baking. She was a member of Victory Family Worship Center in Friona.

Survivors include her husband of Friona, 3 daughters-Esther Puentes and Sarah Correa and husband Guillermo of Friona and Rachel Hernandez and husband Jaime of Amarillo, 2 sons-Paul Maldonado and wife Shelly of San Antonio, and Andrew Maldonado and wife Gloria of Hereford, 1 brother-David Baca and wife Juanita of Albuquerque, N.M., 1 sister-Polly Padilla and husband Adolph of Mountainair, N.M. , 14 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
