Priscilla was born May 4, 1988 in Clovis to Antonio A. and Mary DeLaRosa Lara. Everyone who knew her as Priscilla, Chilla, Pripri, Mommi Pripri and Barbie (because of her love for Barbie pink) knew she was the brightest light in everyone’s life. Priscilla was always in good spirits no matter what the situation. Through her fight with cancer, she always had a bright smile on her face. She was a strong, fierce, loving, caring, admiring and a beautiful woman. But most importantly a fighter. She loved being surrounded by her kid’s family & friends. Priscilla loved to cook many of her/our favorite foods like menudo, pozole, enchiladas and her yummy pies, cakes, picsatio pudding and many more yummy foods. She was the most outgoing person, always dolled up no matter where she was going. She had the biggest heart and was the funniest person. She enjoyed telling scary stories and was a night owl. She was always up for the talks and for the late-night runs to Allsup’s, IHOP, and Dennys. She loved traveling, cruising and blasting whatever kinds of music. She was a party animal and loved to dance with everyone and to anything. She loved shopping, gambling, and bingo as well as being a Big Dallas Cowboys fan. She was the person to always be there for her kids, husband, and family whenever we needed it. Her advice for anything was the best to hear from my mom. Her love and laughter were like no other. Most importantly she wanted everyone to know how to live your life to the fullest no matter what you’re going through.
Proceeded in the death by- Rey DeLaRosa (tio), Jaime Lara (tio) Gonzalo Aguillon(tio) Rosendo and Hortencia Lara (grandparents), Polo and Manuela DeLaRosa (great- grandparents) She is survived by her husband- Jose Esparza, daughters- Natalie, Lesley Esparza, sons-Julian, Ariel Esparza, parents- Antonio and Mary Lara, brothers- Dusty and Tony Lara Jr., nieces- Destiny, Delilah, and Brittany Lara, nephews- Enrique, Angel, Aaron, and Dontay Lara, and 1 great niece Eliana, all of Bovina.
