Rhonda Bentley, 58 of Friona passed away November 23, 2021 in Fort Worth.  A family directed Celebration of Life Memorial Service has been scheduled for 2:00 PM Tuesday, November 30, 2021 at CenterPointe Church in Muleshoe with Rev. Jamie L. Johnson and Christina Copley, officiating. Cremation and arrangements are by HANSARD FAMILY Funeral Home of Friona.

Rhonda was born November 27, 1962 in Hobbs, N.M. to George Paul and Donna Patricia Kornegay Spears. She later married Ricky Don Bentley November 1, 1980.

Rhonda is said to have had a strong entrepreneurial spirit with a great work ethic and caring heart. For many years she was a wonderful caregiver at Prairie Acres Nursing Home and Heritage Estates. At the time of her passing she was owner of Compliance Done Right, a trucking compliance company. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend.

Rhonda is preceded in death by her mother Donna Patricia Spears, 1 brother-Gregory Alan Spears, and 3 grandchildren.

Those that will mourn her passing include her father-George Paul Spears, and husband Ricky Bentley, both of Friona, 2 daughters-Christina Copley and fiancé David Woody of Lubbock, and Kasara Stanley and husband Chris of Friona, 1 son-Adam Bentley and Jessica Ibarra of Sudan, 2 sisters-Toni Barnett and husband Mike of Garland, and Cindy Ray of Fort Worth, along with 7 grandchildren-Gatlin, Dalton, Kirra, Alexis, Bristol, Killian and Jackson.
