Sarah Ann Miller 96 of Friona passed away December 20, 2018 in Amarillo. Internment was in the Friona Cemetery in Friona. A memorial service will be scheduled at a later date. All arrangements by HANSARD FAMILY Funeral Home of Friona.

Sarah was born June 20, 1922 in Dallas to David Elisha and Francis Pauline Watkins Moore. She later married Claude Miller July 23, 1938 in Roswell, N.M.

She was an interior decorator and designer in the Dallas area for over 20 years before moving the Friona area to help her husband on the family farm and raise their children. She was a long time member of the Baptist Church, Order of Eastern Star and Daughters of the Nile.

She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, 1 daughter-Nancy Marie Miller, 1 brother, 1 sister, and 1 great-great-grandson Aaron Tate Osborn.

Those to carry on her legacy include 1 son-Johnny Miller and wife Beulah Ann of Friona, 3 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, and 7 great-great-grandchildren.
