Socorro Boyzo, 55 of Friona passed away February 5, 2022 in Amarillo. Family directed Celebration of Life Memorial Services have been scheduled for 2:00 PM, Saturday February 12, 2022 at Friona Para Cristo llamados A Conocerle Church with Pastor Aurelio Silva, officiating, Cremation arrangements by HANSARD FAMILY Funeral Home of Friona.

Socorro was born January 6, 1967 in Mexico City, Mexico to Aldolfo and Maria Elena Galvan Espinosa. She later married Othoniel Salvador Boyzo November 9, 1985.

Socorro was a very positive, giving and social Christian woman who enjoyed going to church and Bible studies. She loved her family and was a great wife, mother, grandmother, and sister. Socorro had a strong artistic side doing nails, arts and crafts, baking and cooking.  She also enjoyed her animals, shopping and traveling.

Those to mourn her passing include husband- Othoniel of Friona, 2 daughters-Laura Boyzo and Moses Portillo of Lubbock, Cesia Boyzo of Phoenix, AZ, 2 sons-Noe Boyzo, and wife Hayley of Meridian Idaho, and Christopher Boyzo and wife Kristal of Phoenix, AZ., 2 brothers-Jesus Espinosa and Adolfo Espinosa, both of Mexico, 5 sisters-Andrea Espinosa Lucia Espinosa and Benita Espinosa, all of Mexico, Zayra Espinosa of Dallas, and Maria Espinosa of Oakland, California, 5 grandchildren-Maylene, Fox, and Rocco Boyzo, Olivia Harrison, and Santana Portillo.
