Obituary

Suehaye Ramos entered this world on August 24, 1983, and entered Heaven's gates on January 21, 2026, at the age of 42, surrounded by the love of her family. Suehaye was a devoted mother, Mimi, daughter, sister, and Tia whose life revolved around the people she loved most.

Celebration of Life Services will be held on Tuesday, January 27, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Templo Bautista in Friona, Texas, with Jeremy Ortiz serving as guest speaker. Burial will follow at Friona Cemetery under the direction of HANSARD FAMILY Funeral Home of Friona.

Pallbearers will be Justin Mercado, Roy Saucedo, Jaden Garcia, Dominic Mercado, Bruce Ramos Jr., and Zaimien Saucedo.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Zaiden Saucedo and Christian Saucedo.

She is survived by her four children: Zach Ramos and his fiancé Lupe of Amarillo, Texas; Trinity Ramos of Amarillo, Texas; and Ethan Garcia and Aubrey Garcia, both of Clovis, New Mexico. She was a proud and loving Mimi to Ariel, Theo, and Gael, who brought endless joy and light into her life.

Suehaye is also survived by her mother, Sandra Samarron of Clovis, New Mexico; her sisters, Monica Mercado and husband Justin, and Hillary Saucedo and husband Roy, all of Clovis, New Mexico; her beloved Nana, Helen Ancira of Friona, Texas; her aunt and uncles who loved her beyond words—Norma Bautista and husband David of Friona, Texas; Glenn Ramos of Friona, Texas; and Bruce Ramos of Clovis, New Mexico; and her eight nieces and nephews who adored her—Jaden, Dominic, Zenilah, Destiny, Zaiden, Dalilah, Zaimien, and Christian.

She was preceded in death by her father, Juan Samarron Jr.; her grandfathers, Eusebio Ramos and Moises Ancira; her two nieces, Jazmin and Hope Garcia; and one of her best friends and the father of her children, Cedric Garcia.

Suehaye loved life deeply, but nothing compared to the love she had for her children and grandchildren—they were her entire world. Her family was her heart, her purpose, and her greatest joy. She was happiest when everyone was together, laughing, talking, and making memories.

Known for her vibrant spirit, Suehaye loved going to the casinos, dancing, and listening to her favorite 70s and 80s music. She was also the biggest Las Vegas Raiders fan and proudly cheered them on every chance she got. She had a way of lighting up a room, bringing laughter, warmth, and love wherever she went.

Suehaye was deeply loved and will be profoundly missed. Her legacy lives on through the many lives she touched, the love she gave so freely, and the beautiful memories her family will forever carry in their hearts.

The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to Crystal and Diane at Compassus Hospice Care in Clovis, New Mexico, for their compassion and for making Suehaye's last days a peaceful and loving transition in her homegoing.
